Description The first meeting of the TMI South Shore/Boston Local Chapter will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2010 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. This is a wonderful opportunity for TMI and Hemi-Sync Class graduates to gather together for group exercises. New to Hemi-Sync? For those who haven't read Robert Monroe's books, I recommend reading his first book, �Journeys Out of the Body� which is available at some of the local libraries. It can be found online and it's typically in stock at Barnes and Noble and Borders. What to bring: Most participants find it preferable to lie down during the exercises. Thus, you might wish to bring a mat (or blanket) for comfort while lying on the carpeted (and hard) floor.
